Kim Longland - Director of Swimming
Kim Longland is a highly motivated and respected aquatic professional with over 40 years of experience as an international swimmer, tutor and coach. He has a proven coaching ability of age groupers through to senior elite swimmers, masters, open water swimmers, triathletes, pentathletes,and swimmers with a disability. Kim has successfully prepared athletes to compete at County, Regional, Zonal, National and International levels including major Games.
Kim is also well known in the South East and swimming community for his delivery of Institute of Swimming CPD seminars, coaching clinics, seminars and training courses.

Simon Killick - Academy Coach
Simon Killick runs the RTW Academy - Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum squads are coached by Simon. As well as being a former Monson swimmer himself, Simon is now a long-distance swimmer and can often be found in a wetsuit at Leybourne Lakes.

Karen Bradbury - Learn to Swim Coach
Karen swam for RTW Monson Swimming Club for many years, and welcomed the opportunity to return to the club to lead and teach the RTW Monson swim school.
Karen qualified as an ASA swimming teacher 11 years ago, then completed her competitive swimmer and adult and child awards. She currently teach a wide range of abilities locally from pre-school to adults.
Learn to Swim at Monson follows the ASA National Swimming Plan at the swim school, starting at Stage 5. Due to the pool depths we cannot offer lower stages.
